Society for Promotion of Education in Assam Region here in after to be referred as SPEAR is a govt registered NGO working in the field of Education and Promotion of Education among people in entire North East. It has been a decade that SPEAR has been providing guidance and counselling to students for employment generation. SPEAR is Registered Under Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 bearing Reg. Number DIB/255/B/76 of 2010-11.
SPEAR was established and registered with the sole purpose of imparting and promoting quality education through its own institutions and also to promote Employment generating education in the entire North Eastern Region. The resolution was aimed at offering top-quality education to shape today’s youths into building bright careers to prepare for a prosperous tomorrow.
